BMW needed 99 owners over nine days to participate in a focus group, and every participant scheduled had to show up. The challenge was to create an air-tight, multi-channel campaign that was absolutely frictionless for the participants.
Utilizing a broad range of communication channels, I designed email campaigns, personalized microsites, and customized print invitations, which made use of variable data printing.
