Top of the Sipp

Top of the Sipp is a multi-purpose development in the Memphis area that will eventually offer high-end retail, dining, shopping, and recreation. When I was asked to create their website, it was a plot of dirt. The site initially needs to function as a B2B company, promoting the development as an upscale, vibrant, desirable commercial leasing property and an exceptional location to do business. It needs to offer detailed information about phased development, framework and timeline for construction and completion, along with the specifications necessary for future tenants (renderings, maps, layouts, square footage, zoning information, etc.).

However, as development of the property continues and locations are leased, the website will need to transition into a B2C tool and will become public-facing, promoting Top of the Sipp as a destination for family activity and entertainment. The website structure will develop into a source of public information, showcasing directory listings and maps of retailers, restaurants, and other tenants, hours of operation, retail sales and offerings, schedule of events, and holiday and seasonal messaging.
